This Privacy Policy describes how SixPoints LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("SixPoints," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and handles information submitted through the SixPoints platform. SixPoints is a B2B SaaS product built for licensed ISO brokers and underwriting professionals. This policy is not directed at consumers.

We collect the following categories of information from users:

• Account information: name, email address, and company name provided at registration.
• Uploaded documents: bank statements and other merchant financial documents submitted through the platform for underwriting analysis.
• Analysis outputs: paper grades, offer sizes, funder match results, and other outputs generated from submitted documents.
• Usage data: log data, browser type, IP address, and feature interactions collected automatically when you use the platform.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To provide and operate the SixPoints underwriting analysis service.
• To authenticate your account and manage your subscription.
• To communicate with you about your account, product updates, and support.
• To improve the accuracy and performance of our analysis models internally.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations.

Bank statements and other merchant documents you upload are processed transiently to generate analysis results. These documents are not stored permanently on our systems. Once analysis is complete, the source documents are discarded. Analysis outputs (grades, summaries, results) may be retained in association with your account.

You are responsible for ensuring you have obtained proper merchant consent before uploading any third-party financial documents to the platform.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with funders, lenders, or other brokers. We do not share your data with any third party for their own marketing purposes.

We share data only with the following infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf, under contractual data protection obligations:

• Supabase - database and hosting infrastructure.
• Anthropic - AI model provider used to process uploaded documents and generate analysis outputs.
• Resend - transactional email delivery.

We retain account information and analysis outputs for as long as your account is active. Uploaded source documents are not retained after processing. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at hello@getsixpoints.com.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To make a request, contact us at hello@getsixpoints.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice within the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
